    I have been with State Farm for 19 years and recently switched agents to Dan Simmons. Last January I was in a car accident in which my car was totaled. Dan and his staff were there all the way making sure I was taken care of. When I called him his first question was “Are you ok?”. His genuine concern and help throughout the process definitely made the whole experience less stressful than it could have been. Since then I have gone on to finance two cars through Dan and his service remains impeccable.

    Despite the negative reviews this Shell gas station received in the past, my experiences have always been pleasant. The store is always clean and tidy and has a very nice and organized look to it. I've never had a problem with the employees. They socialize with their coworkers, naturally. But they never put serving me on hold for chitchat. The parking lot is only problematic given the location of the store and the large amount of traffic it gains. That's to be expected when people want or need to visit it so much. Of the gas stations in Hastings, I'd say this Shell is probably the best looking with great service.

    Mike at the Hastings office was great to deal with. He and his team were very quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process, we had alot of "wierd" stuff happen during the process with sellers, appraisers snd such but Mike really helped us through it all. We would highly recommend Mike at Apollo.
