  Despite the negative reviews this Shell gas station received in the past, my experiences have always been pleasant. The store is always clean and tidy and has a very nice and organized look to it. I've never had a problem with the employees. They socialize with their coworkers, naturally. But they never put serving me on hold for chitchat. The parking lot is only problematic given the location of the store and the large amount of traffic it gains. That's to be expected when people want or need to visit it so much. Of the gas stations in Hastings, I'd say this Shell is probably the best looking with great service.
